Mike's Bio....
- From an early age, I had a passion for working outside doing handy work, gardens and mowing the lawn. My Dad guided me and helped me learn how to do it neatly and in a safe way. Pride was always in our family. “Our pride is put into your ownership” I grew up in Milton and have lived here for 49 years now. In 2004, I had the idea of, why can’t I help others in need of lawn care. Aside from my family and working full time I started a very part time local, (in Milton Ontario) lawn cutting business. I was the guy you saw with the car, a Toyota Matrix and a small 4x6 utility trailer. After work and on the weekends I would go cut people’s lawns and clean out gardens. I have built many relationships with clients in Milton. As hard as it was, I tried to be there for everyone. I have built so much trust that some clients would even ask me to have a look inside their house at small repairs they needed done. If I could do it, I did. I wouldn’t even ask for anything for it, I was just happy to have them as a lawn customer. They still insisted on giving me something. I've gone through a few different business names trying to decide what would work best. At the beginning I went with JB Maintenance Services. I was very proud of that name because the JB are the initials from my two sons , Justin and Brendan. My business has grown to the point that maybe I should consider doing this full time. Going over that hurdle of leaving my full time secure job I decided, with my family behind me, to do it! I have invested in Commercial grade equipment and a larger enclosed secure trailer. I am able to handle larger commercial and country lots, down to residential. We decided to change the business name and register it to make it all official. We wanted to go with JB Lawn Care but it was taken. We settled on BUSCH GREEN Lawn Care. Working hard doing what you're passionate about, sticking to what you want to do, building relationships and adding your pride into your hard work will take you a long way. We will take the time to explain what it is we do and will give you advice. BUSCH GREEN Lawn Care is a family owned business that will only settle on giving our clients the best!
